Absolutely! Depending on the product we require submitted files to be in JPEG, PDF, PSD or AI format and at least 200 dpi (High Resolution). We will let you know which format is required for the item you are ordering.

Yes, we provide pre-production samples, which will be sent out within 1-3 working day at the earliest, and 5-7 working days for mass production. Please allow enough time for production.
Yes, we will send you the proof within 3-5 working days after receiving your order. Production only begins after we get your approval for the artwork.
We always provide samples before mass production; we always conduct final inspections before shipment; for any production defects, we will provide you with quick remanufacturing of the products.
